Sebasti\u00e3o Barbosa Gomes Neto nasceu em Jata\u00ed, Goi\u00e1s. Filho de uma costureira, desde os 10 anos de idade trabalhou com seu av\u00f4. Com uma mente criativa, sempre soube que queria ser advogado, e assim estudou at\u00e9 ser aprovado no vestibular da Universidade Federal de Goi\u00e1s. Ap\u00f3s ser aprovado no Exame da Ordem dos Advogados do Brasil ainda no oitavo per\u00edodo de faculdade, fez duas especializa\u00e7\u00f5es: em Direito Tribut\u00e1rio pelo IBET\/GO e em Direito do Trabalho pela PUC\/MG.
